Here on the blog, I like to talk about moon magic, goddess lore and self-care tips for the awakening woman. Recently, I realized that I haven’t given much space to the later, so I decided that for the month of June, our conversation will be devoted to one practice that stands out in my mind as the ultimate act of sacred self-care-- yoni egg practice.
I started using yoni eggs in early 2015, and I credit this daily ritual with restoring lost vitality. You see, after I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue, I realized that it was my journey with the yoni egg that led me down the path to recovery. I will share this story in a later post, but I feel so adamantly about this ancient self-care routine, and I just have to share what I’ve learned about how to reconnect to one's feminine power with yoni eggs. Why? Because, for as "woo woo" as it sounds, I really believe this is important information--wisdom in the deepest sense of the word, in fact-- and for far too long women have been cheated out of knowing the benefits of starting their own jade egg practice.
This is a really big topic and I feel to best serve you, my readers, I need to break this information down into increments. Each week on the blog for the month of June, you can expect a post about the ins and outs of starting your own yoni egg practice. (Pun not intended!)
Now, I understand that not everyone will be on board with this topic. Vajayjay talk produces nervous giggles, even with grown adults! For some, it even evokes a sense of shame. I didn't think in a bajillion years that I'd feel so strongly about this practice, but after working with my jade eggs for a year and a half now, I do have strong feelings! (ha! i'm on a roll! pun kind of intended...! *wink*)
Anyway, I look forward to what this month will bring, and in the meantime I’m just going to create this content and leave it right here for you, for when you are ready to explore further.
